As each design is made to your requirements and can take hours to produce, I'm afraid I do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied in any way, I will do my best to rectify the sitution. To date, I have no unhappy customers!

Postage for Special Commissions will depend on the size and weight of the item. I can provide a quote once I have an idea of the request.
